Central New York ASHI Web Page Form
To the Central New York ASHI membership,
Our Chapter has decided to create a site on the world wide web and has adopted guidelines for administering the site. Our goal is to provide education to the public concerning home inspections, ASHI and our Chapter. In addition, the web page provides a method for the public to contact the Chapter. The site will contain a table listing the inspectors in our Chapter. In keeping with the web page policy guidelines, this table will list members alphabetically along with their ASHI status, address, telephone number and e-mail / web page link. This service is provided as a member benefit. If you wish to be included on this list please fill out the form below (legibly), and return to Gregg Harwood, Professional Home Inspection Service, 1278 Vestal Ave., Binghamton, NY 13903 Fax 607-773-4731. We will use this form to fill out the table, so please make sure that it is accurate. If you do not wish to be listed at this time, simply do not return the form. Of coarse, you can be listed even if you do not have e-mail or your own web site.

Web site participation rules
· Any inspector on the Chapter roster is entitled to be listed on the Chapter web site following the Chapter's procedures.
· Any individual which wishes to have a link to their web site on the Chapter site must provide a link back to the Central New York ASHI site.
· The link must be to a home inspection business and not to a site devoted to product sales or training.
· The link on the linking individual's site must remain active for as long as the reciprocal link exists on the Chapter site.
· The linking individual's site must not contain any links to sites, which contain obscene, objectionable or illegal material, nor may the site itself contain any such material.
· The linking individual must notify the Chapter web page committee of their own site's URL changes, if the site goes off the air, or if any event occurs which would result in the link on the Chapter site becoming invalid. When possible, this notification should take place prior to the change.
· The linking individual's link to the Chapter site will be in effect as long as the Chapter maintains its site and the individual remains a Certified Inspector or Associate Central New York ASHI.
I agree to abide by this policy and want my web site, if applicable, to have a link on the Central New York State ASHI web site.
